Goes around

What really makes a word,
if not just but a sound?
An answer that's been looking for
a question that's been found.

If a cloudy day,
brings about a frown,
smile away all that's grey,
and buy a drink in town.

Finding a brand new old
before the end's rewound,
maybe if we're lucky,
we're up after were down.

Like anything and nothing,
if you act like a clown,
last thing's first is: what goes,
around comes around.
