Gone

We say Goodbye, but it is never really goodbye.

Your Hearts are heavy, and mine the same; for I just want happiness to remain.

It hurts now, today, tomorrow, next month, next year.

But remember he’s close by my dears.

Much more happiness was awaiting for him, he let his wings fly him in.

Smiling over you all he is, no pain or sorrow holding it back.

He needed to bounce on the clouds, remind himself what life was about

No worries, no pain, happiness was waiting within.

I only hope your smiles can remain, laughter be the same, hearts mend the pain.

I say a prayer close by for your happiness to regain.

We never know why or when,

But we know there’s a better place waiting for them.

Remember he was just called home.
