Good enough
Girls line the walls
Boys surge the halls
Perfect waist lines
Perfect minds
Perfect lives
Straighten my hair
Wrap my waist
They won't like me
Until I'm like them
Another faked smile
Another forced laugh
Another trail of lies
Another white line
Another piece of me lost
Another person who notices me
She sees me
And she says she wants to be me
But I can't warn her
Because I can't tell her
That I'm broken by the question
"Why am I not good enough?"
Boys surge the halls
Perfect waist lines
Perfect minds
Perfect lives
Straighten my hair
Wrap my waist
They won't like me
Until I'm like them
Another faked smile
Another forced laugh
Another trail of lies
Another white line
Another piece of me lost
Another person who notices me
She sees me
And she says she wants to be me
But I can't warn her
Because I can't tell her
That I'm broken by the question
"Why am I not good enough?"
