Good Morning

Good morning to all of those who didn’t sleep well
To the ones who were up late battling worries
Tossing everything but themselves into the wishing well.
Goodmorning.
I hope you have a wonderful day.
That the felling in your stomach dissipates with the meal you dread eating because it has way too many calories
Bagels aren’t meant to have that much cream cheese anyway.

I hope you find something to do today.
That the hours ahead of you are shrouded in anticipation and not stress
That your body moves without consideration of the thoughts that now seem to surround you like a bulletproof vest
What was it again that you were protecting against?
