Good Mourning

Some soft chirping
Drip of drain
a yellow morning in rich samples
Of bliss and brassy eyes
Black coffee after taste
Sucking my teeth in the absence of thought
You smile like god
And my mattress misses the groove of your spine
I’ll memorize it
Next time so I don’t forget
I’m in love with lunar phases of your flesh
And swallow
