You're leaving me again.
I know all the signs
There's no need to pretend.
Your fiery touch is rapidly cooling.
And the bundles of blossoms
You once laid at my feet
Are now brittle and brown.
The days we spend together
Are so much shorter now.
I must keep you here!
I have to, but how?
For already you have gone.
Nothing for me to do but
Weep beneath this silent September moon.
Goodbye my beloved Summer!
Oh please, come back soon.
