Goodbye Silence

Goodbye Silence
I sit with you
in your car.
The silence is
a screw driving through my skull.
I can't tell you how I really feel,
I can't cry,
I can't say more.
So I leave
with
a stupid good-bye.
In my car
I
silently
wait
as you drive away,
drive away in your cool car,
leaving me,
leaving us,
and all that never was, never would be.
