Grandma And I

By

Your beautiful smile could light up any room!
Your presence was full of grace.
Your godly opinions impacted many lives,
You held the family in place.
Sometimes I hear your voice,
And wish you still were here.
Missing your phone conversations and bible lectures,
God reminds me you still near.
I wish Heaven had a phone.
So I could hear your voice one more time.
Speaking about the goodness of the Lord,
Constantly letting your heart shine.
You was always there to talk to me,
Whenever I was feeling low.
And I appreciate every minute,
More than you'll ever know.
Your love for me was unconditional,
Your devotion had no end.
You filled my life with sunshine,
As a Grandmother and a best friend.
Granny you had wisdom like a teacher,
And sincerity of a true friend.
You were admired, respected and loved by so many,
Until the very end.
