Grass

The grass bends gracefully
to the slightest of breeze.
Each blade in unison bows
to the sovereignty and power of nature.
Unhindered by pride or ego,
they willingly move to the direction of the wind,
all the while growing stronger by relinquishing.
Their dance is like the waves of the ocean,
beautiful and comforting.
They tell the story of peace,
of harmony and of acceptance.
They whisper the truth that there is a rhythm to life.
That there is order and reason to existence.
