Guide To Healing

Getting yourself together pt. 1
Listen here
Your instruction manual wasn't written very perfect
The company had issues and the workplace was wrecked
Doesn't mean you can't put yourself together
You were built here to survive your own war
And made to be indestructible

I left my happiness somewhere in the ocean
The swell of each wave decreased
between where my smile and good thoughts drowned
I dive for the their survival everyday
Hopping someone will save me when I stumble upon them.

Build a home in my heart
These barriers make for good walls but I must warn you,
It'll beat faster near the ones I love
So you can't blame my soul when earthquakes
Are upon you.
Leave me alone to think
Tonights special guest is lonely and In love
Each breath my chest becomes deeper
Because it seems the knife hasn't
Gone far enough into my heart to soothe your lust
Even though you claim there is love.
