Happy the man whose wish
and care was never his to seek
Content to breathe his native air

In his own birthplace
whose animals supply him
with attire

Whose trees in summer yields him shade,
which in winter burns temptation
blest, who can concernedly find

Hours,days, and years slips away
In health of body, peace of mind
Quiet one day sound sleep
by night,study and ease himself

Together mixed the sweet recreation,
and innocence which most does please
with peace.
