Heart Arrived

Issue yourself a passport.
Visit the country of Fall Apart.
Learn the language of pain and sorrow,
Frequent flyers, now prisoners, your heart.

Break down while there, hang it out.
New cuisine, tour of tears, they will come.
Sometimes strong (sights) resemble the weak.
Locked heart, too much rum makes you numb. . . .

Beg, bars of bitterness, be gone!
Sun see from the plane window, second soul.
Impostor through customs, afraid no more.
Heart arrived, welcoming visitors, whole.
