Heartbeat Hiatus

Sixteen years
slowly fade
Life and Death. Choices made

Justice served.
Vengeance sweet
All the while the loose ends meet

One step forward.
All in vain
Ground is wet but not with rain

Truth or lie
What is real
Doing things for how you feel

You feel no guilt
You feel good
You don't feel things you think you should

Sixteen Years
slowly die
Life and Death.
