Heaven Shall Know

Sing to me my love
Of the place where Heaven and
Earth dare not yet meet.
The place in which I,
Yielding to you, relinquish
Every sin of life.
I am unworthy
As of yet, to receive thee
For duty I'm bound.
Never to be graced
By the light of your pure heart
Till such task is done.
The water's edge calls
Bearing my name in the breeze.
To it, I obey.
For kindred our fates
I shall follow in your wake
Silenced by the sea.
What joy this silence
Bringing me, my soul, to you!
Thus, my task is done.
With you I am home
And the Elysian Fields
We walk eternal.
