Her Purity

He saw the innocence in her,
the vulnerability,
and that's what brought him closer.
He saw the pain she wore on her chest,
but that didn't stop him.
As he swept the hair from her face,
she peered up at him,
And in that moment his vulgar thoughts fled.
The darkness in him began to melt,
leaving behind only a mere memory of who he once was.
Her infection consumed him,
her magnetic force pulled him in,
and her purity made it impossible for him to forget.
