I rise and fall as you.
I fall and get back up as leaders do.
And when villains come to reign.
I will bring them suffering and pain.
But when evil comes to kill.
It won't hesitate to steal.
The one your heart admires.
It's power and pain that they desire.
To make you feel weak at your stand.
To rule over a once pleasant land.
Even though you defend.
A heroes fatal flaw is loyalty to a friend.
So when you give up and kneel to the ground.
They have already won the pharaohs crown.
So fight for the heavens and earth.
For this will be your rebirth.
To renew once again and to be free.
To wipe the haze and finally see.
A place of beauty and peace.
To help and defend your home; Greece.

I wrote thinking about all the heroes in Greek mythology. Watching my lava lamp flow up and then down. Rise and fall.
