Hold Your Breath

Hold your breath,
Save this moment,
Grasp it as tight as you can,
Like you're holding on for dear life,
Because in essence, you are.
This is the oldest you've ever been,
And the youngest you will ever be again.

Hold your breath,
Remember this moment in time,
Never forget what was given for you to take this breath,
Because each breath you take might be someone else's last.
You have the ability to alter lives,
Not only that, but you hold the power to change the world.
Take this moment.

Hold your breath,
This moment,
This minute,
This hour,
And Today,
And wield it like a sword,
Because you are bound for greatness.
