Homeless

Across the land of the unfamiliar
your tears form a river
looking for a peaceful harbor
for your wounded soul.

Across the land of the unfamiliar
your luggage encloses your dreams
and something of your children’s stuff.

A desperation cry around…
Life as a feathery suitcase
flew away
from the killing hurricane.

An insistent voice
struggles the "ayerdays" you lived
no memories have left behind.

Across the land of the unfamiliar
soul remnants
wandering through the darkness
searching for a caring touch
close to the borderline.

There is no way
for any «war» to defend itself.
Chaos remains.
And what is left now
is your grandma’s words,
the only relief
of this painful cry.
