honey my heart

Run
my mind muted but manic
The shock of ideas send jolts throughout my nerves
When in panic, the thought of letting my car swerve
Cursing in verbal terms, letting the world know
When I am really The one that’s needs to learn
It’s funny
So surrounded by pounds of sadness and others doubts
Told that I need to follow the same route
Sold are their souls to the sin of working for the man
But I see the way the sun hits the clouds
I read a page, and as words come out
My hearts melts slow as if my blood flow
Turned to Honey
Or I hear a note in a song
Oh lord
How I choke on tears now gone
Soaked my heart in right and wrong
Life is so short and so long
