Hope for Tomorrow?

So many problems, so many woes.
Between nature and man, it seems anything goes.

the earth rumbles; a reputation tumbles....

Is there hope for tomorrow?
Or are we doomed to ultimate sorrow?

Nature, come what may, will assault our foundation.
And men are inclined to succumb to temptation,
especially the higher their station --
apparently blind to reputation-
and to all the pain and sorrow they leave behind

We can't avoid man's folly or nature's devastation-
both of which ravage innocent lives in every nation.

But we can speak out --
Even shout!
Just one voice
can yield a broader choice.

Choosing "do-nothing" caution
Should not be an option.
