How could it be

An ocean muscle closes it's shell
promising tightly never to open to the
dark cold waters surrounding him
Warm caresses of divided ocean streams
allow him courage to open to curiosity
Sand catches open his shivering shell
and sparks of stirred algae dance
through veins of seaweed illuminating
the creation of his pearl
