How could she leave

I thought what we had was real.
There was passion with every kiss.
And every night we made love
There was a felling of pure bliss.
You had my heart.
All I knew was you.
In my eyes you could do no wrong.
Anything you wanted from me I would do.
Everyday I would wake up with your picture next to my head.
I’d never wash my sheet’s because you’re scent was on my bed.
How could you do this to me?
You left me with just a letter.
Basically all it said was that you found someone better.
And I really did love you.
That’s what I get for wearing my heart on my sleeve.
I try to understand
But find myself saying damn
“How could she leave”.
