How Dare You

How dare you come in here with a smile on your face?
How dare you play with my heart like it's something not hard to replace?
All I wanted all this time is for you and I to be,
The one thing we both are scared of, when the I becomes a we.
How dare you make me fall for you and think of what we can be?
How dare you make me love you so unconditionally?
From the moment that I wake, until I lay to rest
For you I wake every day to try to be the best
How dare you make me fall for you in so little time?
How dare you make me love you and write poems that make me rhyme?
My problem is I'm stubborn, I put up a wall.
This time I want so badly to love you that I jumped, just to fall.
How dare you make me nervous?
How dare you bring me pain?
I have never thought about something so hard.
I have a pounding in my brain.
How dare you make me want this?
How dare you kiss me right?
I hate that I feel this way, what if it's another miss?
I look at you and realize we are worth a fight.
How dare you make my heart heal?
How dare you make me laugh?
I love you so deeply.
Thank you for all of that.
