How i hate she’s forever gone

My heart cried out my mouth echoing the cry
They closed your casket
Holding you was a long plain basket
No more hugs or smackaroos
No more knitted slippers
No more you,
My grandma who i love,
My grandma who i miss,
Is gone from my life
Forever gone, there's too much strife
Put in a wall with her family,
feet facing out for the sun to keep her warm,
Her husband's request, he faced the storm
The rose i took to remember her for,
The memories i have all bring up tears
How i loved my grandma
How i hate she's gone
How i'm sad i wont see her till the new dawn
How i regret not saying i love you one last time
How i hate She’s forever gone
