How It Used to Be

Happiness is dripping into my soul
It had disappeared for sometime
It felt like I was in a deep darken hole
Curled up like a ball
I felt like I was buried six feet under
My mind was filled with nothing but a stormy night
Flashes of lighting and pounds of thunder!
Eventually you learn to fool people with a fake smile
But on the inside it feels like I have been dyeing for awhile
Shaken up, tossed around even my heart broken
Just remember life changes fast, so never leave any words unspoken
