Humans/The Devil

The world without humans
is like Hell without the Devil.

It would be fun
if we were mere skeletons-
vegetation would thrive
and each manufactured bee hive
would swarm with life.

Don’t believe the lies
that crackle between wires
they’re fed to you
through hospital tubes.
if humans left
the Devil would too-

In reality,
we are a fatality;
a slow spreading poison
that leads to insanity.

because us humans
do nothing but meddle-
if we died
so would the Devil.
