Hungry

As a young girl I've always wanted to taste
The sweetness of great
Never enjoyed the bitterness of lacking
Slacking, I was always
HUNGRY
For what I believe in
All of my achievements
I'm not the one to nibble
I need to take a bite
I am
HUNGRY
Where I'm from all I see is malnourished children
They keep me going,
They keep me motivated
I show them how much we can fulfill
The doubt is real
We're trying to feed off of something that's so unreal, to us.
We will forever be
HUNGRY
I am hungry for success, nothing less!
I give my all at everything that I do
I have fire in my heart that can help me lead
I am passionate, strong, and humble
Which will help me succeed
I will look in my mirror everyday and say
I will forever be HUNGRY in each and every way.
