I am a Sanguinary Grouse

Descry your stupid bastion.
You stand tall and imperishable,
While I am left,
As your atrophy.
Don’t try to consummate me anymore.
With your dottish lies,
I cant take it.
I can’t take your effortless exigency.
The same exigency you had when you told me,
Go one step further, it’ll be ok.
In that prudent life I live,
There is no concord, no seclusion.
I cant shut my eyes without worrying,
Waiting for the moment of disarray.
The clanger that pushes me off the deep end.
You deride me.
You mock me.
My frenetic behavior around you,
In your intellect,
Is a tease.
I am your grouse.
Shoot me down.
Phlebotomize me,
Like a flotsam.
I am no more.
Nothing left to gleam.
