I Am Dying
My precious, I am left grasping for breath
My precious, my heart still beats
My precious, I see that you are near
Like the sun waking my body,
Your dark light caress me into slumber
I am left inside this mire of coolness
There is no exterior or interior to guide my senses
It is dark and it is frightening
But a whim so dim, makes me shiver
My precious, a delicious yearning I didn't know existed
Why is it I am smiling?
Why is this smile so cold?
It is a desire hard to grasp, and a tear frozen without hope
Yet, it is a love that can't be denied
My precious, I am clawing away at the darkness
I know you are there, your eyes are staring
Your presence is overwhelming
My precious, let me in into your bosom
Let me ride down the enchantment of the dark,
I am losing my grasp for air, and I see your face
I see death.
