I Call Her Mom

There's a woman who lives miles away.
love at first sight,
which I knew was for eternity.
Her first tender smile and kiss
Strengthened my love for her.
Her deep dimples add a touch to her warm hugs.
Her gentle eyes are stern when I need a lesson.
Her innumerable sacrifices can never be forgotten.
She shares in my joy and pain.
"It's well", she says
when she sees that look on my face.
Like an eagle, I soar
because of her strength and support.
I'm a better person today,
because she taught to pray.
An embodiment of a complete virtuous woman.
A huge debt I owe,
I'm honored to pay.
I pray God produces a duplicate of this woman in me.
Because this masterpiece was created just for me.
Called my mom
Even though she lives miles away,
I love her more every day.
