I Can’t See The Blue Sky

I see the moon,
When it's not completely gone away
I see the gray clouds,
That means its going to rain
I see the birds,
That fly only during the day
But I can't see the blue sky.

I see the buildings,
Built to reach up real high
I see the trees,
That take too long to die
I see the mountains,
That, unlike me, could never cry
But I can't see the blue sky.

I see the fog,
That brings humility to the vain
I see people,
Who think they have something to gain
I see myself
And all I see is pain.

This Poems Story

Able to notice all things in the world, but not relish in the beauty and serenity of a bright blue sky.
