I Could Be That Girl

She wants to be seen but she hides behind their disguises
She boasts in her good deeds and hides the bad
She loves her possessions but complains about being poor
She flirts with the boys and makes them fall in love
She is content with her small group of friends
I could be that girl. . .
She is loud and all in your face
She is not ashamed of her life
She will talk your head off and not think twice
She hides behind this person to feel security
She over-thinks and overacts to feel less scrutiny
She is content with who she is
I could be that girl. . .
She is the social butterfly
She loves God and it shows
She has a cheery voice, and a great smile
She is not afraid of rejection
She has no problem with making friends
She is content with her life
I could be that girl
She has no idea where her life is going
She doesn't feel fulfilled in her talents
She does not like crowds but hates to be alone
She is not content with anything in her life
I could be that girl..
I choose to be me
