I Lay It Down

I LAY IT DOWN
I lay it down for you
It's a rose flower
I climbed the mountains tops to find it
I could not search any more
I found the perfect season
I behold a queen of the night
The flower that scents in the evening
It costs me a sleepless night
It takes from me a night walk
I journeyed the way of the night
I was like the night wolves in the forest
Walking in the wilderness of love
The valleys of roses and thorns
The night was longer than the day
For me to present it to you my rose lover
I waited patiently for the new day
The breaking of the dawn was far away
And tonight at the altar of love
The tables of the holy foods
The eyes witnesses of the angels
Men and women creatures alike
Love in the pedestal of the great hall
The altar adorned with the choice linings
Those from the ancient Kingdoms
Guests from the most nobles
Seated by and the forces of love awakened
Little beings of the fairy-tale
Oceans of passion in the deep
I lay it down
Your Rose Flower
