I Wont Give In
Facing an unknown, covered in dry ice,
There I stood, staring, into the night sky,
Changed in seconds, it lasted for a trice,
I wish time could stop, but it just, flew by,
Every moment, I live, as king of beast,
Baring my fang to all who cross my path,
Despair, sorrow, and fear, I had once feast,
Now betrayed by time, could I bear this wrath?
Maybe I'm in fire, but I will not burn,
Refined, no more is time my enemy,
Once I reached my goal, surely I'll return,
And feel that warmth for one eternity,
Two hours has passed; fragments has united,
My pessimism; my ice melts, ignited.
