Identity Theft

I feel small
Limited by everything
I'm waiting to feel something
Even though there's no time
I'm a tourist on this earth
An imposter in my life
a stranger in my skin.

"You own this planet along with every other human thing."
"This is your home."
"I got this."

He keeps answering questions I didn't ask
ignoring what I want to know!
Why?

He said he made the world
I already knew that
He said he's in control
I know that too
That message wasn't really for me

I feel small
Limited by everything
I'm waiting to feel something I recognize
even though there's no time
I'm a tourist on this earth
an imposter in my life
a stranger in my skin
