If I only had one night

If I only had one night,
I know just what I would do.
I'd let my passion take flight,
And spend it just with you.

Your body with mine
Entangled in a warm embrace.
This day is so Devine,
This is life's sweet grace.

I master you with my control,
Explore you with my lust.
Then surrender to your soul,
For you I do trust.

I would gaze into your eyes,
To find my happy grin.
I'd have no reason for lies,
Because I would be whole again.

As night calls I fall hard and deep,
And my heart is racing fast.
For now it would be time to sleep,
I pray this is not our last.

I'd want nothing more because I knew,
You would be there when I wake.
I would simply tell you that "I do".
And my heart you could take.

If I only had one night,
I know just what I would do.
I'd let my passion take flight,
And spend it just with you.
