If I Was

the girl with the pretty face
high heels, and little waist
If I was
oh if I was
so I do not deserve
the vulgar disrespect of a lost generation
who has no appreciation
for the information
that could save a world so lost
drowning in a sea of what only eyes can see
if I was
better than what they can see
oh how they would treat me
love me and embrace me
but because they don't ,they don't believe
they don't wish to see
the revelation of a truth to be
so when it time they still want see
if I was but I am not
