IF I WERE A BIRD
I would make my home in the mountain tops,
At heights where men don't dwell or venture.
While they are at war, I'll be at peace,
When they send their arrows to distant foes,
It will not come close to me.
With strong and proud wings will I soar over them;
For I am free, my freedom is never lost
