I’m a Big Girl

I'm a big girl.
I get nasty looks wearing
My bikini on the beach.
I get told,
"You would be so pretty,
If you lost weight."
"Your face is so pretty."
"That outfit actually looks
Good on you!"
Thank you for the
two-faced
back-handed
"Compliment" but
Keep it to yourself.
I don't need your
Second-hand confidence.
I have first-hand experience
Knowing how divine I am.
Forget your beauty standards.
My standards are higher.
I'm a big girl,
and I feel beautiful.
