In A Flash

This is my new home,

In a flash,

In a dash.

Forgotten rather quickly,

It makes me rather sickly,

To pass by in a flash,

And know that no one is watching.

When heads turn it’s too late,

This is my fate.

I grow discretely like grass on a lawn,

When you turn your head,

I’m the faded flash…

I’m gone.
