In the Mist of a Train Ride

In the midst of the rain,
through all the hate
and all the pain,
lies the aspect of regain.
Past the light
and past the love,
a one-way ticket
to Devil's glove.
Between the hurt
and open scars,
came rejoice
and open arms.
Under love's eyes
remains the wait-
that once was destined,
but filled with fate.
Board the train,
and keep your soul;
for love has a way
to make you cold.
Through the night
and endless screams,
love found its way
for you to dream.
So open your eyes,
and you will see-
the way love met
in you and me.
