In The Rain

The rain pours down on her
As she sits in the corner,
Watching everyone
That passes by,
Wondering why
They all have somewhere dry to go,
While she's stuck outside,
She wants to know why
Their life
Turned out well,
While hers turned out
So wrong,
She wonders
What turns did they make
That she didn't,
Getting hit by the rain
A tear
Rolls down her cheek
Seeing everyone
Going home to their families,
When she has no one
And no place to go
