In Your Head

A raven flutters through my mind tonight
There are no fantasies here
Secrets surround me until I cannot move
They yearn to be free
But freedom at my expense
I cannot withhold them forever
They stare at me with piercing eyes
Glowing red like firelight

I cannot give them away
The only way to satiate them
Is to join them
They chant with every breath
I fade into their blackness

It really isn't so bad here
I've learned my own desires
You know me all too well
From the deepest depths of Hell
I claw your at your heart
I tear at your mind

My dear, it's not all in your head
