Inked

Shunned by employers
Stared at by people
Judged and insulted
Shooed from the steeple
Asked ignorant questions
Denied by their hearts
They judge your whole life
Because of personal art
Close-minded people
Get under my skin
They brand you a loser
They won't let you win
They get on your case
About your personal choice
We are not low lives
We are expressing our voice.
Together we stand
We don't have to take this
They judge by color of skin
Isn't that racist?
