Inner Space

Satellites and sun rays
Circling my world of thought
With an atmosphere so solid
Who could have the equipment
To cross?
To a destination so different
You simply could not believe
Where multicolored raindrops
Play music on my skin
And images in the sky
Flicker of places I've already been
The air hangs heavy
But gravity dances light
Fishing for stars
Gazing at sea life
Then the moon sings lonely to her lover
Almost every night
With an atmosphere so solid
That who could ever make it through
Do you look at me and wonder
What makes up this view?
