The clouds are rolling overhead
Thunder crashing in the distance
Strikes of lightening light up the dark
And inside she burns...

The winds are howling all around
Rushing through her auburn hair
She lays down on the grass
And inside she burns...

Unblinking eyes stare at the chaos above
Mirroring her inner selfless thoughts
For the first time she sees the rain
And inside she burns...

The tears finally come
The tears finally drown her
She is smoldering, smoking!
And inside...nothing.
