I call on your memory,
Whenever I feel weak.
It's hidden deep down in my treasury,
For times when I feel bleak.
It's hidden very cleverly,
In a place not so unique.

You inspire me to try again,
Vigor born anew.
It seems you are my only friend,
This picture hung askew.
All of my energy is spent,
And I've spent it all on you.

I gather pieces I thought lost,
Regardless how weary I may be.
For you I pay the cost,
In hopes that you fly free.
I keep my fingers firmly crossed,
And let love rage like a sea.
