Irish Rose Sonnet

It's a shame
That nobody knows
The life or the death
Of an Irish rose

Or how it came
To wildly grow
On the the side
Of the Dublin road

As the people travel
They come and go
Weather it be
To town or to home

It's still a shame
That none still knows
The life or death
Of their Irish rose
