Is Santa Real?

Is Santa real? How do you feel?
Every small kid knows he is real
He put pretty presents by the tree
Just for you and me
There once was a little boy named Freddy
And his mom named Betty
They were homeless; no Christmas tree
For Santa to put presents for free
Reindeer, Santa's friends, pull his sled through the sky
On Christmas Eve; it's no lie
Lead my Blitzen and Donder,
Names for lightning and thunder
Santa has helpers for you and me
Look around now, what do you see?
You see bearded men who help us all
Even some at the mall
Santa at the mall has white furs
He is big, makes you feel small
But at Christmas children have a ball
Even if they are not tall
Betty and Freddy slept at a homeless shelter
There was a big tree
Christmas is the season for fantasy
Don't take away the innocence we all agree
Santa brings hope to all boys and girls
It is sorely needed in this crazy world
