Isolation

People surround me all corners of my view
Hollow like a tree in an empty forest felt
Knocked upon no substance just empty noise
Watch friends pass, how long will this last?

Know the void in heart in chest
Long nights no one dare converse
Isolation worsen punishment inflict
Retreated until emotions disperse

Tears could not express what wasn't said
Those who cared showed no remorse
To silence resort, words became foreign
Scars etched in, no medication could cure

Wanted to want to speak mouth would not
Judgment dawned upon further away I hid
No one found, no one looked, no one sought
In cave lonely life became existence off the grid
